We do not accept responsibility for any information submitted in this part of the website. We are not responsible for any transactions that take place through this service. The user of this site accepts full responsibility for any use of this site or transactions that take place as a result of the use of this site.

Any comments entered into the surf store, which are deemed inappropriate by JupiterSurf.com will not be entered.

In order to support the website, we are now charging $10 per submission to enter a board or equipment for sale. You may enter up to 3 boards or equipment into the store. The entry will be left in the store for up to and longer than 9 months.

Entries that are submitted will be posted in 24 to 36 hours, however most postings occur within just a few hours.

Refunds are issued only when an entry has not been posted at the request of the customer sumitting the entry.
